Dogra Law College organised a lecture on Moot Court Skills by Mr. Zulkar Nain Shekh, an advocate of the High Court and an experinced moot counter in his Law School days. Mr. Nain explained to the students’ technical details of participating in Moot Court competition. He said that for success in Moot court, participant should fully understand the problem and analyse it. With the help of illustration, he explained to the students about locating authorities and writing memorials. He emphasised the importance of moot court for the law student if wants to persue his carrier in legal profession. All members of Moot Court committee of Dogra Law College were present. In breif interaction with the students, the speaker answered different questions raised by the students. Prof. V. P Magotra, Principal of Dogra Law College introduced Mr. Zulkar Nain to the students and spoke about his achievements as an advocate and as a student in the Law School. Mrs. Arushi Khajuria Convenor, Moot Court Committee presented a formal vote of thanks.
