NSS unit of Dogra College of Education organized two days campaign on cleanliness drive under Swachhta Pakhwada on 13.08.2019 and 14.08.2019. The objective behind the cleanliness campaign was to bring consciousness among the students and staff members about the importance of cleanliness so that everyone should come forward for extending their helping hands in maintaining the surroundings by keeping them neat and clean.
In this context, the first day programme was organized in College campus where 144 NSS volunteers of B.Ed semester III participated in the cleanliness drive. The students cleaned their classrooms, corridors, ground floor, auditorium, Laboratories under the supervision of Mrs. Roshy Sharma, NSS Programme Officer. On the second day, the cleanliness drive followed by cleaning the surroundings within and around the campus.
