A Memorandum of Understanding between Dogra Degree College, Bari Brahmana, Samba and Govt. College for Women Parade Ground, Jammu has been signed. The general objective is to foster collaborations and to provide an opportunity for global experience, and facilitate the advancement of knowledge based on reciprocity, best effort, mutual benefit and frequent interactions of Dogra Degree College and Govt. College for Women Parade Ground, Jammu. The rationales for collaboration between the two colleges agreed upon to enter into an understanding for working under a mutually cooperative dispensation with regard to the following objectives
1. Student exchange Programmes
2. Exchange of the best practices
3. Exchange of the research activities
Consultation and support in the development of Infrastructure.
4. Consultation and support in handling classes through online platforms
5. Consultation and support in development of IT based infrastructure
6. Consultation and support in preparation for NAAC
7. Consultation and support in e tendering process
8. Support in any other facet, wherever and whenever any of the institution feels the need.
The MoU was signed by Dr. S P Sarswat, Principal Govt. College for Women Parade Ground, Jammu and Mrs. Bela Thakur, Principal, Dogra Degree College in the presence of Prof. S K Dhar, IQAC Coordinator, Govt. College for Women Parade Ground, Jammu, Dr. Shefali Sharma, Academic Coordinator, Dogra College of Education, Samba J&K & Ms. Kanchan Dubey, IQAC Coordinator, Dogra Degree College were present at the time of signing of the MoU.
The members of management (Kr. Samar Dev Singh Charak, Secretary Dogra Educational Trust & Dr. Darshana Sharma, Director Administration and Campus Development, Dogra Educational Trust) of Dogra Educational Trust congratulated both the colleges for the collaboration and hoped that this association mutually benefits both the institutions.
